Eunice Adjei is an Economics lecturer at Lancaster University Ghana. She tutors students in modules such as Game Theory, Industrial Organisations, Applied Economics, Development Economics and Public Economics. Eunice has a strong passion for impacting knowledge and equipping students for successful employability. Her research interests include Sustainable Development and Economic Growth, Development economics and International trade.
Eunice has a Post Graduate Certificate in International Academic Practice (PGCAP International) from Lancaster University, UK and she holds an Mphil in Finance from the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS) and a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Mathematics also from University of Ghana. Eunice has rich experiences in teaching economics (microeconomics, macroeconomics, managerial economics in reputable universities such as Ashesi University, Academic City College, Pentecost University, Wisconsin University College and Blue Crest University College.
Eunice believes that learning experiences must be made fun and exciting using strategies such as discussions, demonstrations, analysis of model case studies, role playing and storytelling to demystify difficult concepts. She also believes in stimulating and encouraging critical thinking to enable my students arrive at best solutions to problems rather than providing answers to resolve issues.
