George is a dynamic legal professional with exceptional experience in corporate transactions, banking and finance, energy, environment and natural resources. He is dedicated to the driving of adoption of best practices and standards at the local, regional and international levels, promoting the implementation of policies and regulations based on clear understanding of emerging issues and in-depth knowledge of legal concerns. His on-the-job experience has afforded him a well-rounded skill set, including first-rate critical thinking and interpersonal skills. This has ensured his success serving in various capacities for government and private entities for over a decade.

• Legal Clerk for the Environmental Defense Fund (USA).
• Legal Manager for Standard Chartered Bank (Ghana)
